This interactive workshop is presented by the Heal the Sick, a program of the Community Engagement Institute at Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington, DC. The workshop will focus on three self-care practices- nutrition, yoga, and mindfulness by three of Wesley Theological Seminary's Heal the Sick health minister certificate graduates, James Tate. Tim Bodenstein, Harry Velasquez. Our hope is that this workshop will help you with ongoing mind, body, and spirit care and wellness.
