Seminarians at accredited institutions may register for the spring immersion trip course, the summer intensive immersion, or both. You are also invited to register for other Wesley courses during the same term as part of the NCES.

Students from participating institutions are charged for tuition at their home institution's regular tuition rate and pay these charges through their home seminary. Other NCES students pay tuition directly to Wesley Theological Seminary at Wesley's regular tuition rate. TUITION: Tuition payments are due by the first day of class. Students should use the "Registration form" found on the Registrar’s Office Forms page to drop a class. https://www.wesleyseminary.edu/academics/forms/. *Non-attendance does not constitute a cancellation without official course withdrawal. REFUND POLICY: Cancellations must be received in writing by the registration deadline to receive a full refund of tuition charges. Students canceling after the registration deadline through the first day of class will be charged $100.00 cancellation fee.
