My husband Jay, adult granddaughter Lucy, and I(Martha) live at 2725 Newlands St. NW, Washington, DC 20015. We have a four bedroom house. I have one cat if you have allergies. You would need to walk two blocks to take the M4 bus that will take you to AU. We have a beautiful backyard with flowers, trees, deer, rabbits, and squirrels.
We are willing to reduce the rent with help taking care of Jay who is 87 and has mobility issues.
