DMin Enrollment Confirmation Form
DMin Registration - Use this form when Wesley Web is not an option.
Extension of Time Request - Please contact the DMin office to obtain the extension of time request form. We encourage students to keep up with their work and extensions will only be granted in emergency situations. Students in the Global Asian track should contact Esther Jeong.
Graduation Application - The application for Graduation 2018 has passed. The application for Graduation 2019 will be available in the fall of 2018. Please contact Sara Sheppard for questions.
Independent Study - Please contact the D.Min. office for an application.
