Course Registration
Students may choose to attend for 2 weeks (either term 1 or term 2) or all 4 weeks of the July Intensive program. If you are attending one 2-week term, register for 2 classes in the same term, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. If you are attending all four weeks please register for 4 classes. Please be mindful of the class times - AM or PM. You should register for courses in the same year, if possible.
Term 1 AM Courses
Runs July 8-18, 2019. These courses take place in the morning from 8:00am - 10:15 AM. Choose only one.
Term 1 PM Courses
Runs July 8 -18, 2019. These courses take place in the afternoon from 1:30pm - 3:45pm. Choose only one.
Term 2 AM Courses
Runs July 22 - August 1, 2019. These courses take place in the morning from 8:00AM - 10:15 am. Choose only one.
Term 2 PM Courses
Runs July 22 - August 1, 2019. These course run from 1:30PM - 3:45PM. choose only one.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of course registration and/or housing must be received no later than June 15 in writing. Students after June 15 will be held responsible for one night's housing costs. Non-attendance does not constitute a cancellation. No shows will be billed for housing.

Housing: Wesley offers three housing options; on-campus in the New Residence Hall (suite style), Straughn Hall (Dorm), or off campus in a nearby hotel. Student may also opt to commute from home or locate housing on their own. Housing rates are set in March of each year and will posted on the COS webpage.
