COS Satellite School Registration

New England Satellite school courses move locations depending on the needs of the local pastors. The spring 2018 courses will be held at West Hartford UMC in West Hartford, CT. Fall 2018 courses will be held in Bangor, ME. Details to follow.

The Philadelphia Satellite school is taught in three weekends with the first Friday - Saturday session being held at the Comfort Inn, Exton, PA. The following two Saturday sessions will take place at the Westchester UMC and are schedule a few weeks apart.

For all courses, class size will be limited to 20 students. A course will be cancelled if we do not have a minimum of 6 students by the registration deadline. You will receive an automated confirmation that you applied for the course once you complete the registration form. Your registration is not officially confirmed until you receive written confirmation via mail from Wesley Theological Seminary. We will begin to process confirmations approximately six weeks before a program begins.

To register please complete form below. You will be billed for the $350 tuition and $75.00 registration fee. Payment is due upon receipt. Please contact your conference regarding and tuition assistance they may provide.

Philadelphia Satellite School Housing Friday night lodging will be at the Comfort Inn, Exton, PA. The seminary has negotiated the following rate: $79+ tax/night (estimated cost)
Reservations must be made through the seminary. You will receive a confirmation number via email.
Students are responsible for housing cost. Meals will be on your own.

New England Satellite School Housing: Students for the New England school are responsible for finding their own housing. Many students commute when the courses are offered close enough to allow this.
Students are also on their own for meals during class time.
