Working with the Kaltura Video System

Kaltura is the video enterprise system used by Wesley Seminary.

With Kaltura, faculty, staff and students can create and store video for campus use. Video can be shared on Blackboard, through websites with an embed, or through YouTube.

This site will take you through installing the Kaltura Express Capture tool, working with the Kaltura Express Capture to record video, editing video, uploading previously recorded video, and then working with your video library.

Note: You MUST have a Wesley Blackboard account in order to use Kaltura.

Kaltura Technical Requirements

Microsoft Windows 10 or higher

Windows 10 or 11
Intel Core i5 or higher or AMD equivalent
At least 16GB of free storage space

Mac

OS/XMac OS X 10.14 or newer
Intel processor and at least 8 GB of RAM
3rd Party Cookies must be enabled
