Wesley Student Housing Application

2025-2026 Housing applications are live !

Accepted or matriculated Wesley students should use the application below to apply for permanent housing for Carroll, the New Residence Hall; Commuter Housing; Summer School Housing; or Doctor of Ministry Housing. Applications for Summer School and D.Min housing are only accepted during certain times of the year.

For more information, please see Summer School Housing or Doctor of Ministry Housing. Commuter Housing is only available during Fall and Spring semesters.

  • Please enter your six-digit Wesley ID number.
  • MM/DD/YYYY
  • Please note that only legal spouses will be allowed with you, not adult children or parents. All spouses will be required to also provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination and are responsible for adhering to all Residence Life policies and protocols.
Select the term for which or during which you wish to move in.

Permanent Residency Housing is typically assigned at the start of the Fall and Spring semesters. Special arrangements must be made for move-in at other times of the year, and is not always available. Commuter Residency Housing is only assigned for Fall and Spring semesters. If you are a commuter needing summer housing, please request 'Summer School Residency' in the question above.

Wesley's Office of Residence Life seeks to provide a living environment that is safe and welcoming to all gender identities. In order to make you feel welcome, please include your gender identifier.
  • Please select your degree.
Please select the type(s) of housing for which you'd like to be considered. Note: Housing will be assigned as it is available.
  • Single students and students who will not have their families in residence with them have several on-campus housing options. Please note that all available options are listed here, but may not be available when you apply. Also, certain stipulations exist for particular housing options.

Please note that Residence Life will process applications for these in order of need and then receipt. Once your preferred accommodations are full, you will be offered the next closest accommodation available.

  • Married students moving to campus with their spouse or partner have two primary on-campus housing options. Couples may live in Carroll Residence Hall or the Jr. Apartment in New Residence Hall.

  • One, two, and three bedroom apartments in Carroll Residence Hall are available to students coming to campus with their families in residence. Carroll Residence Hall apartments are reserved first for married students and students with children who request them (the exception being efficiency apartments). Two and three bedroom apartments, while available to married couples, are reserved first for families with children, but it is highly atypical for any larger apartments to be available for spring applicants. If there are no two or three bedroom apartments available when your application is received, you will be notified and offered another assignment, if one is available.

Be sure to read the Seminary's Occupancy Standards to ensure you are eligible for placement in the unit for which you are requesting.

Please note that Residence Life will process applications for these in order of need and then receipt. Once your preferred accommodations are full, you will be offered the next closest accommodation available if one exists.
