Prospective Residents

Permanent Residency

Wesley offers permanent, year-round residency to students looking to relocate to the Washington, DC area for their studies. Options are available for Wesley students coming to campus alone, with a spouse or legal partner, or with a family; students who are interested in Intentional Living, and any local graduate student who meets certain criteria.

Short-Term Housing

Students in need of only short-term accommodations on campus will find housing options tailored to their Wesley programs. If you are enrolled in the Doctor of Ministry or Course of Study program, or if you maintain a nearby permanent residence and require housing during the Fall/Spring terms (Commuter Housing), J-Term, or during the Summer Terms, we offer housing at a reasonable rate for our area to make intensive study on campus possible.

Explore the Wesley Community

Life on campus is so much more than housing. We've rounded up information most folks want to know when they wonder what it's like to live on campus, including dining and residence hall information, transportation, details about the Spring Valley neighborhood and nearby Tenleytown metro stop, and local area public schools for families coming to campus with school-aged children.
