Love Each Other As I Have Loved You
John 15:12

When I contemplate God the Father, the immediate image that surfaces is that of my cherished earthly father. He consistently stands by me, shields me, and emanates a comforting presence, generously showering me with unwavering love. Even amid my errors, He forgives and endeavors to steer me on the correct path, respecting my decisions along the way. Consequently, the God I perceive is the embodiment of love—brimming with joy, might, and a guardian who watches over me like a compassionate parent.

This perception aligns with my understanding of the message in John 15:12, where Jesus instructs, "Love each other as I have loved you." It signifies a call to extend love to our fellow human beings without discrimination, mirroring God's profound love for us, evident in the sacrificial act on the cross. This divine commandment urges us to wholeheartedly give of ourselves, fostering collective progress towards spiritual enlightenment in adherence to divine commandment.
