Coinmach Service/Refund Request

Wesley Seminary contracts with Coinmach to offer residents washing machine and laundry dryer services. All machines are owned and maintained by Coinmach. For this reason, Wesley facilities staff is unable to conduct maintenance on Coinmach machines or offer refunds if machines malfunction.

Please submit a refund request using Coinmach's online form.

If a machine is out of order, please mark the machine in the laundry room so other students do not attempt to use it, and report the need for service using Coinmach's online form. A confirmation email will be generated and sent to you after submission. Please forward this email to VWerner@wesleyseminary.edu so the housing office can monitor and track service requests. Please know that you must take down the machine ID to report the exact machine that requires service.
