Housing Rates

Housing rates are determined by three factors:

1) The current fiscal year
2) Your housing assignment
3) The term* of your residence hall.

The fiscal year runs from July 1 until June 30 of the following year, so students can expect new rates beginning on July 1, which is the term start date for all buildings for Summer II. Terms vary depending on your residence hall, so please read the detailed chart below to be sure about the term dates for your building. For students' financial planning, rates are listed for both the previous fiscal year and the upcoming fiscal year (as they become available).

*Please note that these are billing terms, not move-in dates.
