The Wesleyan Studies Project offers an unprecedented look at Methodist thought and practice throughout the world. More than 50 Wesleyan scholars from 11 different countries contributed to the courses in Methodist history, Methodist doctrine, and Methodist evangelism. These courses may be used separately or together and are intended for the training of clergy and other church leaders in the Wesleyan tradition. Please see individual course pages for more information and video samples.
Please see the Methodist history, Methodist doctrine, and Methodist evangelism pages for listings of the lessons in each course.
These courses are more academic than other Wesley Ministry Network courses because they are intended for the training of clergy and other church leaders. These courses are suitable for any group that wants to look in-depth at Methodist history, doctrine, and evangelism. There is a lay education version that condenses the content into lessons that foster conversation and spiritual growth for lay groups.
