It is easy to be overwhelmed by the raft of recent tragic events and the unimaginable suffering they have caused. How do we cope? How do we heal? How do we respond? How do we grieve? Where is God in all this?
Come join us as we take to the woods and to the riverbank to immerse ourselves in nature’s wisdom and comfort. Together, we will seek solace and guidance through Spiritual exercises designed for lament and healing. God wisdom in nature will help lead our way to working with grief towards hope, love and faith in Spirit and in humanity.
This walk will be led by Sarah Anders — Wesley MTS and MDIV graduate, and UCC pastor — and Beth Norcross, adjunct faculty at Wesley and founding director of the Center for Spirituality in Nature.
The event is FREE but be sure to register.
