REMINDER:

If you intend to graduate in December, 2017 or May 2018, please submit a 2018 Graduation Application to the Registrar’s Office by October 16, 2017. You can email the application to registrar@wesleyseminary.edu. Once our office receives your graduation application, we start a series of degree evaluations to keep you on track to graduate.
• October 16, 2017: Graduation applications are due. None of the following happens if you do not submit a Graduation Application. tip: if you submit your graduation application before Sept. 15th, you will receive a degree evaluation before 2018 J-Term/Spring registration opens on Oct. 16th and you will be able to fully take advantage of the limited enrollment period.
• October 16, 2017: 2018 J-Term/Spring registration opens. The first two weeks of registration is Limited Enrollment meaning that you indicate your interest to register for high-demand and certain required courses by putting yourself on a waitlist. The Registrar’s Office then sorts waitlists by proximity to graduation. If you have submitted your graduation application, you will be pushed to the top of these waitlists.
• October 2017 – November 2017: Registrar’s Office runs graduation/degree evaluations. After you submit your graduation application, the Registrar’s Office will run a degree evaluation. This evaluation will show you what requirements you still have left to complete in order to graduate. The evaluation will go to your Wesley student email, so check your student email on a regular basis.
• December 2017 – January 2018: Registrar’s Office issues graduation clearance letters. If you have registered for all the courses you need to graduate, the Registrar’s Office will issue a letter stating that you have been cleared to graduate. If you have not registered for all the courses you need to graduate, the Registrar’s Office will issue a letter detailing what requirements you still have left to complete.
