Blackboard Ally                                 

Ally is a tool that integrates into Blackboard to help enhance usability and accessibility for written content uploaded by the instructor.  

What does this mean?  It means Ally uses AI to check every document an instructor uploads (word or pdf) to make sure it complies with accessibility standards. 

Ally will also change the documents an instructor uploads into (up to) eight different formats for ease of use for students.  Ally will also translate a document into another language.  (note: translation is machine translation)
