Office of the Registrar

For many students, negotiating the path through a degree program can be a difficult process. Between taking classes, juggling obligations to church, work, and family, there is often too little time left in the day to visit offices on-campus and deal with the administrative responsibilities related to your education. The Office of the Registrar at Wesley has heeded student requests to make the business of your Seminary education more streamlined. We have implemented processes such as interactive forms and online requests to help you get the answers you need faster and with more accuracy. Contact one of us below:

Eleanor Gease, Registrar
Sam Yu, Associate Registrar

We are your campus connection for questions about degree requirements, academic regulations, transcripts, enrollment verifications, VA certifications and other needs. You may also find the answers you need from the Community Life and Housing office, the Financial Aid office, the Business Office, or the Office of the Dean.

Please remember that most information you need is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week in the Academic Catalog or Student Handbook. We also invite you to drop by the Office of the Registrar during Seminary business hours to speak with one of us. The Office is located in the Trott Building, Room 104.
