D.Min. Registration
Registration for the MAY 2012 Intensive Term

Register for Courses OR Continue Enrollment on WesleyWeb

Students please use the Forgot Password? option on the MyWesley page if you do not know your username and password. For more instructions on registration see below.

Students must Continue Enrollment each Intensive Term if they do not enroll in classes. Failure to do so may result in termination from the program. Please note that Continuing Enrollment and failure to enroll will end your student loan deferment.

Students registering for an Independent Study must submit the Independent Study form and accompanying Registration Form by February 28th to the D.Min. Office. Independent Study is not available on WesleyWeb at this time.

Submit application for housing in May 2012 if needed. The application will be available during the month of March. An online message will confirm your submission. You will NOT receive an email confirmation, and may not receive an assignment email until April 1.

Download your Reading List for each class. You will need the course number from the reading list for registration.

To change or cancel your registration, download a Change of Registration form. Notify Housing of changes to your request for housing.

View the D.Min. Registration newsletter for May 2012 - coming by mail in February.

Note that classes for the May 2012 term begin on Tuesday, May 8.

May 7, 2012: Wesley Theological Seminary Commencement

May 8-11, 2012: First week of D.Min. Classes at Wesley (Tuesday-Friday)

May 14-18, 2012: Second week of D.Min. Classes at Wesley

June 12-15, 2012: First week of Global Asian D.Min. Classes at Wesley (Tuesday-Friday)

June 18-22, 2012: Second week of Global Asian D.Min. Classes at Wesley
Registration Instructions for WesleyWeb

Go to the Wesley website, www.wesleyseminary.edu and click on MY WESLEY. Direct link: http://www.wesleyseminary.edu/mywesley

Click on Student Login and enter your Username and Password; click Submit.

If you do not know your login information, click on Forgot Password?

Click on the WesleyWeb icon to the right
-
You are now at the WesleyWeb Announcement/Menu page (the shortcut to this page is www.wesleyseminary.edu/wesleyweb)

Scroll down to check for holds and warnings, access your grades and student account, and register for courses. You may also View My Personal Information and Change your Address on File.

Click on the link to download your reading lists to find your course numbers.

Click on Register for Courses.

Choose the Term: Spring 2012 D.Min—DO NOT enter other information—then click SUBMIT at the bottom of the screen.

You will see a list of classes. Select the 2 classes for your track and click SUBMIT.

On the next screen, your choices should appear under Preferred Sections. Choose “RG Register” or “AU Audit” for each course individually, or as a group under “Action for ALL Pref. Sections” choose “Register” and click SUBMIT.

Confirm your registration on the next screen. Click “OK” if your registration is correct.

Students who wish to take an elective with another track must contact the D.Min. Office for permission.

You will not be able to register if you owe money on your student account. Check View My Holds and Warnings

If you have any problems with registration, please use the Registration Help Form on the Students Menu
