Timeline for Graduation

  • November 1, 2011: Deadline to apply for graduation in 2012
    Please complete the application on WesleyWeb. Use the links in the purple bar on the Commencement website to view other important information leading up to Commencement, including the Graduation Checklist – a step-by-step guide that will help students prepare for Commencement activities in the spring.
  • November 15, 2011: Theological chapter and outline of Project Paper due in the D.Min Office
  • February 1, 2012: Full draft of Project Paper due
  • March 1-31, 2012: Public presentation of project to an appropriate audience
  • April 15, 2012: Final copies of Project Paper due
  • May 7, 2012: Wesley Theological Seminary Graduation Day

  • January 15, 2012: Full draft of Project Paper due in the D.Min. Office (by email) and to the reader
  • February 15, 2012: Reader returns draft with comments to the student
  • March 1, 2012: Information about the public presentation due to D.Min. office
  • March 1-31, 2012: Public presentation; submit the feedback and outline to the D.Min. office
  • March 15, 2012: Reader's final approval of Project Paper
  • April 15, 2012: Two identical completed copies of Project Paper to D.Min. office with signature of the reader

 

Project Paper Information

Congratulations as you approach the final stages of earning your Doctor of Ministry degree! As part of this process, you will submit two identical copies of your completed and corrected Project Paper to the D.Min. office by April 15th, according to the guidelines of our Library. You will also present your Project to an appropriate audience to share your work and conclusions. Please print or refer to each of these documents below as you complete your paper. Contact the D.Min. office with any questions. We look forward to seeing you at our Commencement ceremony!
