DMin Graduation Information

Graduation Information for Doctor of Ministry Students

The deadline to apply for graduation each year is October 15th of the preceding year. The Graduation Application is available online. The Registrar’s Office sends information to students expected to graduate each September.

D.Min. students who will complete their 30 hours of course work by January of graduation year and who have approval for their project proposals should apply for graduation. You will follow the calendar below for your project paper. The final version of the project paper is due April 15 and must meet guidelines established by the Wesley Theological Seminary Library.

Students who apply for graduation and discover they are unable to meet the appropriate deadlines may request in writing to be withdrawn from the graduation process. This request must be submitted to the Academic Dean’s Office by letter or fax (202-885-8605) and must be signed by the student. Students who withdraw by March 1 will incur no financial penalty. After March 1, graduation fees will be posted to your Wesley account. Students who have not met the April 15 deadline for submission of their project paper will be removed from the graduation list.
