The Library offers services to the broader Wesley Theological Seminary community, including Seminary staff, spouses of students and faculty, and Seminary governors.
Borrowers need to present a Wesley ID or other proper identification denoting one's association with the seminary to obtain borrowing privileges. To renew privileges, all outstanding library fines/fees must be paid. Borrowers should not discard expired cards. There is a $5.00 replacement fee for lost or discarded cards. Loan Period/Renewals/Grace Periods Books are loaned for 28 days and audio-visual materials for 7 days. Books may be renewed twice and A/V materials once, unless another borrower has requested the items. Renewed items are subject to recall.

There is a 3-day grace period for books, but once the grace period is over, full fines are charged. There is no grace period for A/V materials. Expiration Dates Staff, Faculty Spouses, Governors: Borrowing privileges for staff, governors, and faculty spouses are valid for one calendar year. Privileges must be renewed each year. Student Spouses: Privileges for students' spouses are valid for one semester and must be renewed at the beginning of each semester.
