D.Min. Housing

The Office of Housing welcomes Doctor of Ministry candidates to campus housing for the May/June D.Min intensive terms (May 7-19, and June 10-23 2012)! We will begin accepting applications on March 5, 2012 and the application window will close on April 15, 2012.  Email confirmation of your housing assignment will be sent the week of April 23, 2012. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept late applications, except in the event of cancellation.  Students are encouraged to apply early because May term spots are extremely limited.

Students interested in applying for housing during the May/June intensive D.Min. terms should complete the application below (not available until March 5, 2012). For all students staying during the May term, check-in will be Monday, May 7, 2012 from 6-9pm.  For those students staying only during week two, check in will be Sunday, May 13, 2012 from 3-9pm. The check-out deadline is Saturday, May 19, 2012, 10:00am.  Students staying during the June term will check in on Sunday, June 10, 2012 from 6-9pm and check out Saturday, June 23, 2012 by 10:00am.

The rate for housing during the May D.Min term is $300/week for a Straughn double occupancy dormitory room, plus $10/week for linen. Linen includes two flat bedsheets, and one each: pillow case, blanket, bath towel, hand towel and wash cloth. You may elect to bring your own linen instead of having the seminary provide linen for you.  During this term, we assign only one- or two-week accommodations.  We are unable to prorate if you check-in either late or early. Please note that there is a $25 cancellation fee for cancellations after the cancellation period. We will be unable to assign single rooms or apartments during the D.Min. term in May, except in case of medical requirement.  If you have a medical reason why you would need a single room, you may be required to provide a letter from your physician.
