This housing reservation procedure is also to be used for Equipping Lay Ministry students requesting weekend housing for ELM weekend classes. Please submit separately for each weekend you would like to request housing. Your housing charges will be billed to your student account. The Office of Housing at Wesley Seminary currently accepts requests for guest housing for eligible Wesley Seminary guests. Priority consideration for guest housing is given to: educators with active engagements at the seminary, prospective students or faculty (at the behest of the Admissions Office and Dean's Office), Wesley alumni, guests of faculty, administrative staff, or current students, and officials of the United Methodist Church. Each guest apartment is outfitted with a private bath and kitchen or kitchenette. Wireless internet access is available. Each room is equipped with air conditioning and heat. Linens are provided upon request. Rarely during the academic semester, we are able to offer community-style dormitory rooms. We are also occasionally able to accommodate large groups. Rates

Billing procedure
For guests without a student ID, and whose reservations are not made through a staff or faculty member, we require the first night of your stay to be paid before your arrival. This can be done in one of three ways: by telephone with a credit card, by mail with a check, or in person. A receipt of this payment must be submitted to the Director of Housing in order to pick up keys. If a guest's stay will exceed one night, the remainder of the bill may be paid after check-in in the Business Office (or the entire bill can be paid prior to arrival). Hours of operation for the Business Office are Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m. & 1:00-4:30 p.m. Reservation procedure
