SUMMER/FALL 2012 SCHEDULE
The summer schedule can be viewed here. The latest edition of the Fall 2012 schedule can be downloaded here. This .pdf file includes the schedule-at-a-glance grid (page 1), the schedule detail (pages 2-10), and a list of all courses that fulfill requirements toward the M.Div. degree (page 11). Students with an older computer may need to download Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the schedule.
IMPORTANT DATES FOR SUMMER/FALL 2012 REGISTRATION
March 19 – March 30
Limited Enrollment Pre-Registration
During this period, students may register for most Summer or Fall courses using WesleyWeb. However, courses printed in the Fall 2012 schedule with a limited enrollment designation (in purple) will be listed on WesleyWeb as "Waitlisted." or "Closed". This does not mean that the course is already full, but rather that the Limited Enrollment period has not yet concluded and no one is officially in the course yet. All students wishing to be considered for Limited Enrollment courses must add themselves to the waitlist for that course during the two-week Limited Enrollment period. Limited Enrollment courses will subsequently be listed on your waitlist when you view your completed registrations. Limited Enrollment Pre-registration will end at 1:00 PM on Friday, March 30. Your status in the course can be confirmed by 5:00 PM that day. If you have made it into the course, it will now be listed among your current registrations. (More information on how Limited Enrollment registration priority works is available here.)

March 19 – August 31
WesleyWeb Registration and Registration Changes for Fall 2012
Please see the Summer Schedule for specific registration deadlines.
After August 31
Any changes in registration must be made in writing on a Registration Form. Non-attendance does not constitute a course drop. Professors take attendance and the Registrar's Office makes every effort to contact non-attending students. HOWEVER, students who fail to attend a course will owe tuition for the dates that their registration was active per the drop schedule printed in the Catalog.

HOLDS AND WARNINGS
The following circumstances will result in a hold on your account that will prohibit you from pre-registering or registering:
-
If you have an outstanding balance on your student account in the Business Office.
-
If you entered in Fall 2011 or earlier and have not submitted a Degree Plan Worksheet signed by your advisor.
-
If you have not submitted proof of health insurance to the Office of Community Life.
-
If you have an Academic or Administrative Hold placed by the Dean's Office.
You may check your holds and warnings on WesleyWeb prior to the beginning of the registration period to make sure that you are clear for registration.
LIMITED ENROLLMENT PRE-REGISTRATION
Certain courses in the Course Schedule are designated by the faculty as Limited Enrollment. Limited Enrollment Pre-registration is a two-week period for students to request the limited enrollment courses for which they wish to register. The student may request limited enrollment courses by registering for the waitlist for these courses; rather than selecting the "RG Register" option in WesleyWeb, use the "WL Limited Enrollment" option. At the end of the two-week period, students are sorted according to the number of credits they have remaining in their degree program. Priority is given to those who are closer to graduation. If the course fills, students are placed on the waitlist for the course in the same priority order. Any registrations for limited enrollment courses received after this period will be added to the end of the list on a "first-come" basis.
CONSORTIUM COURSES
Courses offered through the Washington Theological Consortium will be listed at http://www.washtheocon.org. To register for a Consortium course, logon to WesleyWeb, and then click on the Consortium Registration link on the Welcome page (the second link below the Registration heading). Scroll down, complete all of the information and submit the form. Remember: there is a confirmation page, so you must click "Submit" twice. Your registration will be processed by the Registrar's Office and you will receive an e-mail copy of the form that Wesley's Registrar's Office sends to the host Consortium school. This process may take up to two working days.
SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT SUMMER CROSS REGISTRATION: Wesley Theological Seminary offers Master's level courses in the J-Term and Summer term. However, not all Consortium institutions participate in J-Term or Summer cross-registration with fellow WTC schools. You may submit a Cross-Consortium registration form request for J-Term or Summer courses and a Registrar's Office employee will contact you if there is a problem.
To drop a Consortium course, complete the on-line Consortium registration form again and select the "drop" option at the bottom of the web form.
NOTE: Forms on the Consortium website (www.washtheocon.org) ARE NOT used for cross-registration. You must complete the form on our WesleyWeb site to register for a Consortium course. Additionally, not all courses offered by an institution will appear on the WTC website. This indicates that the course is not available to Consortium students for cross-registration.
DIRECTED STUDY
Directed Study proposals should be submitted to the Dean's Office on a Directed Study Application form during the four-week registration period. Your plan of study must be developed in consultation with a faculty member who must sign the form before submission. The Directed Study will be added to your registration once the approved application is received from the Dean's Office. Forms must be received by the first day of the semester.
