A Faithful Action in Partnership: A Training to Respond to Human Trafficking

This event will equip and engage collaboration between local churches, social-service organizations and law enforcement to actively respond to the issue of trafficking in the Washington, D.C./ Baltimore metropolitan area.


This is an ecumenical training for clergy and laity in DC and Baltimore, sponsored by Wesley Theological Seminary with participation by DHS Center for faith-based & neighborhood partnerships.

Thursday, May 1, 2014, from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Mount Vernon Place UMC at 900 Massachusetts Ave NW Washington DC. The workshop is FREE, lunch is provided and .5 CEU, you must register here http://bit.ly/1ijHlX6 to attend.
